Mom asked me to do characatures for the two kids of her sensei at her martial arts class. :3 This is the outcome. I like it.. the feet and legs came out really well considering they're usually the bane of my artistic existance. o_O The guy's arm is a little wonky though. ._.

At the time that I drew this, I was actually unfamiliar with the traditional poses of Goju Ryu. Knowing what I know now, you're right. The left foot's heel shouldn't be off the ground for the Zen stance. ^_^ I suppose looking back, neither pose is exactly accurate.
